FIRSTLY : On 31 March 2022 the directors reported, and the auditors confirmed, that $153m had been raised in Series D. That was not true as confirmed by the auditors on 17 July 2023. Only $116m was received and shares were issued between 9th and 13th July 2021 with another $4m raised and shares issued on 1st September 2021.  On 13 July 2021 Quantexa stated $153m had been raised when they knew it had not been. Why did the directors and auditors make those knowingly false statements and repeat them 8 months later? SECONDLY : On 17 July 2023 the auditors confirmed that $129m had been raised in Series E. No Series E shares have ever been issued according to all official records. THAT IS A TOTAL OF $162M THAT HAS NOT BEEN RAISED - - 43% of $370...
