 NB: In common with Deloitte llp (see https://duhloitte.blogspot.com/) and so many other ICAEW firms, BDO LLP have not bothered to update Companies House records for the appointment of Quantexa's statutory auditor as a member of the firm on 1st November 2022, but at least they notified ICAEW whose records state that Mr Pettifor is a member of the firm but not a member of ICAEW.

Worth running the internal BDO document against the records of Companies House.
13.11.23 Update: One should probably pity poor Claire Hudson from this list who hasn't been declared to either ICAEW or Companies House and is simply "lost", except to HMRC - one assumes..

Alibion Enterprise VCT plc AGM. "Wriggle and squirm" par excellence. Silly and false explanations proved my points ... Next stop 17 September 2024 AGM of another Albion VCT for further explanations..

 In past years the video of the AGM has been made available on Albion's website together with slide presentations.... will the same happen this year?  I do hope so and that you can then see the slide about the new information on the Quantexa "sale" that Albion later said was after they had touted sale of Quantexa shares around to all and sundry before having to sell it to "their" fund; as well as hear the verbal explanations of why it wasn't a related party transaction.
