Do look at the records of Companies House post appointment of new Scottish Auditors and most is laid bare for all to see, so that anyone with half a brain can spot the total gross incompetence of Reeve and all the Albion Management that has been going on year after year, and the falsity of the declarations in the Confirmation Statements under penalty of Perjury.  s.30 Companies Act 2006 means all Directors have to resign and Albion have to go as being probably the most incompetent Company Secretary ...

[UPDATE WEDNESDAY 28 MAY] UPDATE THURSDAY 15 MAY] JGGI and HINT Merger - Shareholder Meetings Friday 9 May and Monday 12 May 2025

[UPDATE WEDNESDAY 18 MAY - prior updates retained] At this morning's 9.00am meeting the Chairman refused to let me speak or ask questions. Prior to the meeting I had submitted some questions in writing to which written answers were given to some but not all of the matters. I objected but the Chairman was adamant. The meeting, like the last one, was recorded by agreement. For those who have been following the grubby Albion crimes and scams perpetrated by Patrick Reeve, Will Fraser-Allen and the gang in Benjamin Street, it will probably come as no surprise to find that "Foresight" is at the "Forefront" as one of most of the other VCT investment managers who don't know one end of the Companies Act compliance requirements from the other, and therefore I have become a shareholder in Foresight Group Holdings Ltd, a Guernsey company with its shares traded on LSE and with its 2 UK llps authorised by the FCA.
