The Quantexa fraud and ongoing unremedied criminal offences - 8 Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants involved. Complaints being filed 27 June 2024 (more in hope than expectation but process must be followed)
Oh look what the cat has brought in - the latest self-serving "load of old tosh" from ICAEW
https://www.icaew.com/regulation/icaew-regulatory-and-conduct-annual-report?
Do read it and note that there is no reference to ICAEW's admitted deliberate falsification of the records of KPMG llp and The Register of Statutory Auditors - see earlier posts. You will need to pinch your noses to avoid the stench of hypocracy - and some outright lies - that pervades the document.
The FCA is still silent - no surprise with so many ex Chief US and UK spooks on the Boards of Quantexa (some think it is surprising that I haven't yet been "topped" for exposing these problems). And Evolution Equity Partners still unbelievably claims to be regulated by the FCA for the purposes of soliciting investors in the USA.
So let's prod the tiger from the other end and see if the new incoming Government will follow the example of the outright corruption of Kemi Badenoch in failing to advise ACOBA that her Department is a major and ever increasing shareholder in Quantexa (Oh yes really! Do read the letter that restricts the activities of Matthew Gould - the one for Sir Jeremy was equally silent)
So just who are the Magnificent Eight?
6 members of Albion Capital Group LLP each of whom has wilfully and with malice aforethought defrauded the shareholders of Premium Listed VCTs that they manage and diverted profits (real and potential) for the financial gain of themselves and others who are not shareholders in the VCTs.

and 2 members of the Quantexa Advisory Board

As for Mr Colliins - Chair of Quantexa's Advisory Board - .and ex Chairman of KPMG llp (you couldn't invent it!) with its declarations that hundreds of people are members of KPMG llp when they are not solely to obtain recognition as a Statutory Auditor - see earlier posts - he simply has no excuses whatsoever for his gross negligence.
He has very recent history of non-compliance of mandatory filings (see his "joint venture" with Lord David Laurence Gold (ex Herbert Smith) - where the Registrar of Companies had to advertise in the London Gazette that unless the pair of them complied with the law their company would be compulsorily struck-off) so it comes as no surprise that he is in breach of the Code of Ethics of ICAEW in the matter of of both his own and Quantexa's lamentable breaches of the law.
