 Anyone care to see Patrick Reeve's personal declaration of "related party dealings" made available at the AGM?


I will post it when the AGM video and presentation is made available. I do wonder about the ongoing position of the auditors.

And now The Association of Investment Companies is guilty of breaches of The Companies Act ...... no surprise there then.

"DYOR"..............With 12% of their members being VCTs ("Voracious Crooks & Thieves") it should come as no surprise that any entity that appoints Will Fraser-Allen or Patrick Reeve as a Director is incapable of complying with Company Law Compliance - if they can't even get their own VCT investments to comply, why would they get their Association to do so?
