Anyone else going to confront Patrick Reeve, Chairman Albion Group LLP     and one of the masterminds and personal beneficiaries of the Quantexa fraud and swindle on "my company", Albion Enterprise VCT plc of which he is also Chairman, at the AGM on 3rd September 2024? Do look at the records of Companies House post appointment of new Scottish Auditors and most is laid bare for all to see, so that anyone with half a brain can spot the total gross incompetence of Reeve and all the Albion Management that has been going on year after year, and the falsity of the declarations in the Confirmation Statements under penalty of Perjury.  s.30 Companies Act 2006 means all Directors have to resign and Albion have to go as being probably the most incompetent Company Secretary ...

The Foresight Saga begins.... and will be regularly updated here [last update 12 March 2025]

For those who have been following the grubby Albion crimes and scams perpetrated by Patrick Reeve, Will Fraser-Allen and the gang in Benjamin Street, it will probably come as no surprise to find that "Foresight" is at the "Forefront" as one of most of the other VCT investment managers who don't know one end of the Companies Act compliance requirements from the other, and therefore I have become a shareholder in Foresight Group Holdings Ltd, a Guernsey company with its shares traded on LSE and with its 2 UK llps authorised by the FCA. It will come as no surprise to find that Albion's internal auditors, AZETS, are the "Independent Valuers" whose mandatory s593 report is missing from the documents when Foresight eventually late filed the Companies House return.  -------------------------------------------------------- [Update 3 March] Companies House confirms documents never supplied and asks for my help!   [Update 5 March] See graphic and comments be...

[UPDATE 03.09.25] Can things get even worse for UK plc that is already bust?

 Oh yes. The incompetence of the Regulators - ICAEW, SRA and FCA knows no bounds. And that is not my opinion:  https://taxpolicy.org.uk/2025/09/02/axiom-ince-a-64m-failure-a-4300-penalty/ Do follow the replies to Dan's blog from so many ICAEW "disgusted of Tunbridge Wells" members who forget that ICAEW states it exists to "protect the shiny badge".  And then ask yourselves whether the Department of Trade (or whatever it calls itself these days!) should be axing its staff (  https://www.politico.eu/article/uk-government-trade-department-20-percent-workforce-cut/ ) when it really needs to double the headcount in Cardiff which would be self financing.  ............................................
