Parliament enacted the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act as a start, and now the Supreme Court tells the Secretary of State for Business and Trade and his agency, Companies House and the Registrar of Companies, that there is nowhere to hide.

The future of ICAEW's regulatory fiasco is now seriously in doubt.

Perhaps the UK might have a future outside money laundering after all.
