A Director of the Insovency Service, Mrs Francis Coulson a solicitor at Wedlake Bell, pays/paid money to a serving judge, Stephen Baister, whom she admits stated in public in front of her that Judges try and find a way to favour those whom she and other solicitors represent and whom ICAEW Licenses under her department's delegated authority, and then fails to Regulate.

5.. The less said about the corruption of Baron Moynihan of Chelsea the better..... he still owes more than £700,000 to charity from money he and his colleagues misappropriated and that Coulson's department refused to investigate. Remind me: how much money did he pay to Badenoch and her colleagues before he got his peerage?

6.  A former Secretary of State procured the striking-off of a Betting company to which the Department of Education gave all the data on 24,000,000 children in the UK, and that striking-off enabled the Information Commissioner to state he couldn't complete his investigations. Guess who was parachuted in as a Director of DoE: my present MP ! 

[UPDATE 27 JUNE] For those who are willing to open their eyes and accept that successive Government's policies are "never investigate" and are so deeply embedded in the UK's culture of "promote the City of London and let them make as much money from criminals as they can", just read the publications from the Department of Bullsh*t and Trash..... (and don't forget even Parliament branded the FCA as unfit for purpose) .....

Chances of recovery of COVID frauds by understaffed agencies and underpaid staff (which is why the DBT's Civil Servants take bribes)? Less than Nil (it will cost more to run than they will recover.)
