More proof that the UK is the global centre of economic crime with thanks to yet more corrupt ICAEW members who know they will never be held to account
Will anyone ever wake up in this "regulatory pox ridden" country?
Today's Times:

all anyone had to do was follow the compliance failures for the lasrt decade: eg
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/10494135/filing-history
Even Kevin Hollinrake MP, Chairman of the Conservative Party, wasn't quite this bad when he had to admit his failings to Parliament and then doing nothing when he was the short lived responsible Secretary of State. His public comments since then seem ro contradict his previous denials of business inactivty - plus ca change.
and as for the BBC illegal workers story: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c0mx99ple17o
"Many of the businesses are dissolved after about a year, and then re-opened with small changes to official paperwork.
These businesses have "all the red flags" associated with organised criminality, a financial crime investigator told the BBC"
That is why the Secretary of State and the Financial Reporting Council that regulates ICAEW are still facing a lawsuit to stop them automatically dissolving the companies that haven't filed documents! When will the case be heard? All in the hands of the Administrative Court which just doesn't reply to listing requests - I wonder why?
