Perhaps one day the SRA will stop protecting "the shiny badge" at all costs as evidenced in the reports of it's false and indefensible submission to the Court - which it later withdrew!.

Will they adjudicate on Howard Kennedy partners? We shall see.

How was this discovered? By the defendant simply checking the detail - was the individual a registered Solicitor. Answer: NO.

Reminds me of the reprobate Insolvency Practitioner Philip John Singer who falsely stated to the High Court that he was a Partner at Coopers & "Liar"brand 30 years ago and ended up getting all their partners paying £millions to HMRC for deliberate tax evasion.

WIll the same fate befall the 500 falsely declared owners of KPMG llp? Not if ICAEW has anything to do with it.
