2026 brings yet more compliance failures for KPMG llp and ICAEW

You really would have thought that by now someone at KPMG and ICAEW was even half competent...

Who on earth would do business with KPMG or indeed any Chartered Accountant? [Oh of course money launders and criminals will ... silly me].

Certainly reciprocity with the EU over professional qualifications is now pie-in-the-sky.

 What do you find when you run the latest Companies House records against the declared "owners" shown on ICAEW records for the Register of Statutory Auditors?

Not only do we find 299 persons declared as owners by ICAEW (yes we know....ICAEW says it alone is entitled to set aside and ignore Companies Act defnitions) when Companies House records show they are not.

BUT now:we have 

1. people declared as not being owners by ICAEW when Companies House says they are (eg Paul Barron)

2. people declared as owners on Companies House records but not on ICAEW records (eg Laura Ann Cox)

What a shambles. Another nail in the coffin of UK plc

Is KPMG really an acronym for Keep Posting Mendacious Garbage? Other suggestions welcome.

ICAEW is shown to still stand for Incompetent Corrupt And Even Worse

The Foresight Saga begins.... and will be regularly updated here [last update 12 March 2025]

For those who have been following the grubby Albion crimes and scams perpetrated by Patrick Reeve, Will Fraser-Allen and the gang in Benjamin Street, it will probably come as no surprise to find that "Foresight" is at the "Forefront" as one of most of the other VCT investment managers who don't know one end of the Companies Act compliance requirements from the other, and therefore I have become a shareholder in Foresight Group Holdings Ltd, a Guernsey company with its shares traded on LSE and with its 2 UK llps authorised by the FCA. And now The Association of Investment Companies is guilty of breaches of The Companies Act ...... no surprise there then.

"DYOR"..............With 12% of their members being VCTs ("Voracious Crooks & Thieves") it should come as no surprise that any entity that appoints Will Fraser-Allen or Patrick Reeve as a Director is incapable of complying with Company Law Compliance - if they can't even get their own VCT investments to comply, why would they get their Association to do so?
