Advice to everyone from the FTSE 100 Constituents

Do look at the latest guidance from GC100 set out neatly by Albion's share registrars proving that all the Albion VCT Directors (without exception) not only ingore the provisions of the Companies Act but also the mandatory requirements of the Articles of Association.

What is the point of Parliament making any laws at all? Democracy? Nah.. just obscene and unjustifiable fees for investment advisers and Company Directors above all else.

And now The Association of Investment Companies is guilty of breaches of The Companies Act ...... no surprise there then.

"DYOR"..............With 12% of their members being VCTs ("Voracious Crooks & Thieves") it should come as no surprise that any entity that appoints Will Fraser-Allen or Patrick Reeve as a Director is incapable of complying with Company Law Compliance - if they can't even get their own VCT investments to comply, why would they get their Association to do so?  Oh yes. The incompetence of the Regulators - ICAEW, SRA and FCA knows no bounds.
